About VeriCorr

VeriCorr is an AI-based technology company focused on improving how pipeline operators manage asset integrity, operations, and compliance through integrated, location-aware decision support.

Who We Are

The company is built on more than 35 years of experience delivering digital technology solutions in regulated, asset-intensive industries, including oil, gas, and energy infrastructure. That experience informs how VeriCorr approaches data integration, system architecture, and operational reality.

VeriCorr applies artificial intelligence as a practical tool for correlating complex datasets, preserving operational context, and reducing decision blind spots. AI is used to support experienced professionals, not to replace engineering judgment, field expertise, or regulatory accountability.

Geohazards

Pipeline Asset Integrity as the Foundation

Pipeline asset integrity is the primary focus of VeriCorr today.

The platform is designed to support integrity programs that rely on CP data, ILI results, inspections, repairs, environmental factors, and historical context. VeriCorr aligns these datasets spatially and temporally so that risk can be evaluated where it actually occurs, at the segment and site level.

This enables defensible prioritization of inspections, excavations, mitigation activities, and follow-up actions, supported by traceable evidence rather than isolated data sources.

Extending Integrity into Operations

Integrity decisions do not exist in isolation. They drive field work, operational changes, labor deployment, capital allocation, and regulatory documentation.

VeriCorr is designed to manage not only integrity data, but also the operational data that surrounds integrity decisions. Field activities, execution details, labor hours, costs, and follow-up actions are captured and linked directly to the assets and decisions that initiated them.

By connecting integrity planning with operational execution, VeriCorr reduces the gap between analysis and action and provides a clearer understanding of how decisions translate into real-world outcomes.

Extending Integrity into Operations

From the Field to the Main Office

VeriCorr includes a mobile field application that connects boots on the ground directly to office-based engineering, operations, and compliance teams.

The field app supports:

AssignmentTask assignment by asset, segment, or site
CaptureCapture of readings, photos, notes, and observations
AutomaticAutomatic preservation of time and location context
SchedulingScheduling of employees and contractors
TrackingTracking of labor hours and field activity

Field execution data flows back into the platform as governed operational records, eliminating reliance on disconnected spreadsheets, emails, texts, and informal handoffs.

Where appropriate, VeriCorr can integrate with enterprise resource planning systems via APIs. This allows project identifiers, labor codes, and cost context to be exchanged bi-directionally, ensuring alignment between field execution, integrity planning, and financial systems without forcing operators to replace existing tools.

Integrated, Governed Communication

Extending Integrity into Operations

VeriCorr includes an integrated communications capability within both the field and office applications to ensure that operational discussions remain part of the permanent record.

Communications related to assets, work orders, inspections, and field activities are captured within the platform and associated directly with the relevant asset, task, and correlation context. This avoids reliance on texts, emails, or informal channels that are not preserved or auditable.

By treating communication as operational data, VeriCorr ensures that decisions, clarifications, and instructions remain traceable and reviewable over time.

Integrated Data Connectivity and Decision Support
Role-Based AI Decision Support

VeriCorr is designed to connect with the systems operators already use.

These disparate inputs are aligned spatially and temporally so that a single, continuously updated set of correlated data is available for decision support.

By removing the need for engineers and analysts to manually gather, reconcile, and cross-check data across systems, VeriCorr significantly reduces preparation time and lowers the risk of missed or inconsistent information.

The platform ingests and correlates data from:

  • Integrity and inspection databases
  • ILI and RMU vendor systems via API, enabling near-real-time updates
  • Field data collection tools and spreadsheets
  • ERP systems and cost tracking platforms
  • Geospatial, environmental, and geohazard data sources
  • Drone imagery and inspection data that complements integrity and geohazard analysis

VeriCorr includes a large language model–based decision support interface that allows users to interact directly with correlated integrity and operational data.

This capability is distinct from human communication tools. The AI interface retrieves, summarizes, and contextualizes information that already exists within the platform, allowing users to explore relationships and answer questions without manually assembling data from multiple systems.

Access is governed by role-based permissions and tenant isolation. The AI operates only within the scope of data a user is authorized to view and does not cross project, asset, or tenant boundaries. All interactions respect the same security, access, and audit controls as the rest of the platform.

Designed for Progressive Data Maturity

VeriCorr is designed to support assets from early planning through mature operations and eventual decommissioning, recognizing that data availability, quality, and confidence evolve over time.

Early in an asset’s life, VeriCorr captures assumptions, intent, and baseline context. As inspections, field execution, and operational data accumulate, the platform progressively refines correlations and decision support without discarding prior context.

This cradle-to-grave approach allows operators to make defensible decisions at every stage of the asset lifecycle, even when information is incomplete, and to revisit those decisions as better data becomes available.

Reducing Risk in Reporting and Regulatory Submittals

VeriCorr supports the preparation of reports and regulatory filings by assembling correlated data into structured, review-ready outputs.

Engineering teams are provided with:

  • Pre-assembled evidence sets tied to assets, work orders, and decisions
  • Draft reporting tables and documentation aligned to regulatory expectations
  • Clear traceability back to source data, field records, and communications

Reports and filing templates are produced in final-draft form for engineering review, editing, and submittal. This approach reduces preparation time, lowers cost, and minimizes the risk of omissions or inconsistencies during audits, investigations, and regulatory review

How We Use AI

VeriCorr is built by forward-thinking AI practitioners with deep domain understanding of energy infrastructure.

Artificial intelligence is used to:

  • Correlate large, diverse datasets across time and location
  • Surface relationships that are difficult to see in siloed systems
  • Accelerate analysis while preserving transparency and traceability

AI operates within explicit constraints designed for regulated environments. Source data is never overwritten, assumptions are visible, and results remain auditable.

What VeriCorr Is Not

What VeriCorr Is Not

VeriCorr is not an engineering services firm. The platform does not perform engineering studies, certify compliance, or make regulatory determinations.

VeriCorr is not a data owner. Operators retain full ownership and control of their data at all times. VeriCorr is not a black-box AI system. All correlations, prioritizations, and outputs are reviewable and traceable. VeriCorr is not a replacement for existing enterprise systems.

The platform is designed to integrate with existing databases, vendor systems, and ERP environments rather than duplicate them.

Our Perspective

Modern pipeline operations require integrated visibility across integrity, operations, and compliance. Fragmented systems create blind spots that increase risk, consume engineering time, and slow decision-making.

VeriCorr is designed to close those gaps by connecting data, people, and actions across the lifecycle of pipeline assets, from the field to the main office and back again.
